Based on true events that had happened one day in the Security Department within SCPF: Site Delta. An SD Trainee, Boohoo991, attempted to "interrogate" an SD Captain, detaining him. As a result they were blacklisted but their punishments were extended permanently upon them going rogue shortly after.

This game is a "what-if" scenario of Boohoo991 attempting to take over the foundation and causing a meltdown, fighting through all of its combatants in their petty revenge for being punished for their actions.

In other words, this is all a big meme.
